15 (Awesome) Pasta Recipes With 10 Ingredients or Less


Summer has arrived, and we’re continuing our search for simple and delicious recipes to keep meal planning easy – ’cause we’re still cooking almost 3 meals a day at home.

With kids at home, temps heating up, and some slight grocery shortages, pasta dishes are always a go-to. There’s just something so satisfying about ending the day with a bowl full of pasta, and thankfully it’s the perfect canvas for celebrating bright, in-season produce. One of our favorites, Joshua McFadden, created this gorgeous vivid green dish using his famous kale pesto and whole wheat pasta.

A couldn’t-be-easier, couldn’t-be-tastier meal for when you want some pasta at home without too much heat in the kitchen.

This luxurious dish is deceivingly simple. A whole lemon is the perfect zesty foil for brown butter and parmesan. YUM.

If there’s one culinary lesson I learned from our trip to Tuscany, it’s that the simplest dishes are often the best. This one is no exception.

 A riff on Shrimp Saganaki. San Marzano tomatoes recommended.

Gemelli is my favorite little chewy pasta shape. Tossed with satisfying sausage and bitter arugula, this will become a regular in the weeknight rotation.
